Dr. David DeLonga is a practicing physician and licensed professional engineer who specializes in the relationship between injuries and accidents. Dr. DeLonga received his BS in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and his Masters and PhD in Mechanical Engineering from M.I.T. He later completed his medical training at the University of Miami School of Medicine and Harvard School of Public Health and is board certified in the areas of Diagnostic Radiology, Aerospace and Occupational Medicine, and Nuclear Medicine. Mr. Medwell is a consulting engineer who has been working in the accident reconstruction field since 1989. He has analyzed in excess of 1500 accidents involving cars, tractor-trailers, pedestrians, bicyclists, motorcycles, heavy trucks, etc.  He has considerable experience downloading and analyzing leading edge digital forensic data from tractor-trailer and automobile electronic data recorders, video event data recorders (DriveCam, SmartDrive, etc.), heavy truck telematics systems (Qualcomm, PeopleNet, etc.), Garmin and other personal GPS based devices, and ABS systems (Bendix, Wabco, etc.).  Chris Medwell has used leading edge technology in the field for many years, including robust 3-dimensional accident reconstruction and animation programs, surveying equipment, 3-D scanning equipment, vehicle accelerometers, etc.  He also applies his expertise to cause and origin investigations of motor vehicle and machinery fires and has conducted over 180 of these investigations.    View Current CV

Mr. Partenheimer has over 22 years of experience in accident reconstruction, motor carrier compliance, fleet safety, and training for the transportation industry. He holds full accreditation in accident reconstruction from the Accreditation Commission for Traffic Accident Reconstruction (ACTAR). Will is a Certified Director of Safety (CDS) by the North America Transportation Management Institute (NATMI). Mr. Davis specializes in the investigation and reconstruction of motor vehicle collisions. Prior to joining Bloomberg Consulting he worked in the traffic accident and traffic homicide division of the Montgomery Police Department and was the bureau chief or shift commander of that division for many years. He has investigated more than 3500 traffic collisions and supervised hundreds of serious and fatal collision investigations involving commercial vehicles, passenger vehicles, pedestrians, bicyclists, motorcycles, etc. He has considerable experience with leading edge technology in the field, including EDR “black box” data retrieval systems, robust 3-dimensional accident reconstruction animation programs, 3-D scanning equipment, surveying equipment, etc.      View Current CV

Dr.  Marcus Hollis, PhD, PE          Biomechanics and Injury Causation Expert

expert-Marcus_HollisDr. Hollis has a PhD from the University of California in Bioengineering.  Dr. Hollis specializes in biomechanics, injury causation, and seat belt effectiveness. He analyzes how the human body reacts to forces generated from an accident in order to determine if the reported injuries are consistent with the accident event.  Additionally, Dr. Hollis analyzes how an occupant moves in a particular collision, what the occupant collides with, the forces that are generated, and whether seat belt use would have lessened or prevented the reported injuries.    View Current CV

Ashley Self          Client Relations Manager

Ashley Self has been the Client Relations Manager at Bloomberg Consulting since 2014.  She graduated from Louisiana State University with a degree in History.  Prior to coming to Bloomberg Consulting she worked extensively in the non-profit sector, designing and managing multisystemic therapy programs for juvenile delinquents, evaluating and training drug courts and their professionals, and facilitating the design and implementation of performance management systems for non-profit organizations receiving federal funding to support victims of crime.  She also has experience with community assessments, grant writing, and database development.  At Bloomberg Consulting, Ashley is responsible for project management.  Please contact Ashley if you would like to start a new case with Bloomberg Consulting or if you have administrative questions about a current case.

Amanda Alberson joined Bloomberg Consulting the summer of 2015.  Prior to coming to Bloomberg Consulting, she worked as a logistics analyst where she designed and implemented supply chain solutions in the automotive and fast moving consumer goods sectors to include inbound transportation, warehousing, outbound transportation, inventory management, packaging, and warehouse management systems design.   Amanda holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Florida.  She is a proficient user of the Faro 3D Laser Scanner and the FARO software Scene and Reality.  As our Faro Specialist, Amanda is responsible for processing raw 3D scan data and generating 3D models for the use in accident reconstructions and animations.

Loraine Price has an extensive background in healthcare education, sales, and marketing. She received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Pennsylvania State University and earned a certificate in infectious disease control from the University of North Carolina, School of Medicine in Chapel Hill, N.C., where she also worked as a clinical instructor in the UNC School of Medicine. She moved to Pensacola in 1995, where she is an active member in her church and other social organizations. When Loraine joined Bloomberg Consulting as Administrative Assistant in the summer of 2017, she brought extensive knowledge and experience in project management in the healthcare industry, and in managing a community interface with clients. She works closely with our engineers and staff to ensure all aspects of your case are properly managed. It is Loraine’s voice you typically will hear when you call Bloomberg Consulting, and if she is not able to help you with your questions and requests, she will direct your call to the engineer or staff who can.
